The consultation was very thorough and detailed. They used state of the art equipment and went over everything with me. Each person I saw was specialized in their own area of dental care from the X-rays to a gum assessment. I left feeling confident that I would receive the treatment I needed.

Absolutely phenomenal team at this location. I have taken my entire family here and dealt with a wide variety of issues. From the front end staff to the back of the house everyone is full of smiles. The team was kind and compassionate with my children and communicated clearly with me so I could understand their plan of care. Prices/services were clearly explained. Highly recommend this location.

Thank you so much to the lady who helped get something to cover the cost so I can have a better smile before I go back to working with my middle school students. I give 5 stars to the admin team, receptionists, and hygenists who were all very kind and courteous. But Aspen Dental as an organization is a scam. By the end of a dental exam and cleaning, I was $500 deep out-of-pocket....with insurance. Aspen Dental had billed the parts of the exam and cleaning separately, so that my insurance had to pay a good chunk of money, but so did I out-of-pocket. The dentist was rude and self-defensive when I was just asking questions to understand what was happening when he was giving me a filling, and they misdiagnosed me: they diagnosed resorption (my own body attacking my tooth) as a cavity needing a root canal (a different dentist just filled the hole no problem) and referred me to Aspen Dental's root canal specialist, which would have been another $500 out-of-pocket for me for just the consultation....with zero work done! Please stay away. I am sad that Aspen Dental is one of the only in-network dentists for my insurance, but it was 1000% worth it for me to go out-of-network to a different dental office to be diagnosed and treated properly, might I add, at a fraction of the price. My decision is backed by the fact that no one.... absolutely nobody o
